Daddy's AMAZING Banana Oat Pancakes
My husband's signature banana oat pancakes, a morning hit with the whole family!
Servings 3 people
- 1 1/2 cups organic rolled oats
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/12 banana very ripe
- 1/2 tsp celtic sea salt
- 2 eggs organic free range
- ghee for cooking
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until a smooth batter is formed, pourable but not too runny.
Heat up a pan with the ghee and pour the batter in circles. Cook for 1-2 min on each side until lightly browned.
Top with organic grass-fed butter, pure maple syrup, and freshly sliced bananas!
