Homemade Vegetable Bouillon

An easy and simple kitchen essential that is a healthy alternative to your store bought bouillon!

Equipment

  • 1 high speed blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp celtic sea salt
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp celery seeds
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 dried bay leaf

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a small blender and blitz until a powder like consistency is reached.
  • Store in a clean jar or sealed container in your pantry.

Notes

  • To replace vegetable broth in any recipe, combine 1 teaspoon with 1 cup of hot water for every cup called for.
  • For this recipe I used all organic herbs.
