Lavender & Rosemary Butter

The perfect steak butter! A beautiful blend of saltiness and herbal essence to take your steaks to the next level.

Equipment

  • 1 mortar & pestle

Ingredients

  • 60 g salted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 2 fresh lavender flower heads

Instructions

  • Gently remove floral petals from lavender.
  • Add the lavender and rosemary into the mortar & pestle and grind until aromatic. Add butter and mix together.
  • Transfer the herbed butter to a ramekin and refrigerate until chilled. Enjoy on freshly cooked steak.
