Lavender & Rosemary Butter
The perfect steak butter! A beautiful blend of saltiness and herbal essence to take your steaks to the next level.
Prep Time 5 minutes minutes
- 60 g salted butter
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 2 fresh lavender flower heads
Gently remove floral petals from lavender.
Add the lavender and rosemary into the mortar & pestle and grind until aromatic. Add butter and mix together.
Transfer the herbed butter to a ramekin and refrigerate until chilled. Enjoy on freshly cooked steak.
