Creamy seeded porridge packed with wholesome ingredients. This porridge is a nourishing recipe that takes no time at all, making it a perfect way to start your day!

- 1 cup organic rolled oats
- 2 cups water
- 1 pinch celtic sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 ripe banana mashed
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 4 medjool dates chopped
I am all about ease of cooking where it allows, so for this recipe, I put all the ingredients into a medium saucepan and stir to combine. Over medium heat allow to cook while stirring occasionally for 10-15min until the water is absorbed and the oats are tender, if you need to add more water add ¼ cup at a time.
Serve with your favourite topping- we love adding a dollop of yogurt, nut butter, and raw honey!
*You can choose to blitz all the seeds before adding them, I do this to maximize nutrient absorption for my toddler.
