Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 handful ice
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp LSA
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp nut butter

Instructions

  • Simply add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!
