Berry Banana Smoothie

- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 handful ice
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp LSA
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp nut butter
Instructions
- Simply add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!
