They make for a great daily supplement especially during the fall and winter seasons when they are more prone to catching the sniffles.

Turmeric and Ginger Immune Boosting Gummies

Our Wholesome Mama, Shannen, shares her recipe for her immune-boosting gummies! A great and fun way to add nutrients to your little ones diet.

Equipment

  • 1 juicer
  • 1 small saucepan

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh juice recipe below
  • 3 1/2 tbsp grass-fed gelatin

Juice Recipe

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple
  • 1 1/2 tbsp turmeric or to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger or to taste
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Add the juice into a pot and sprinkle the gelatine over the top and let it “bloom” for about 4 minutes then turn on the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the gelatine has completely dissolved.
  • Pour mixture into silicone moulds and then let set in the fridge for two hours.

Notes

*Keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container for a maximum of 5 days.
