1 1/2cupsfresh juice recipe below
3 1/2tbspgrass-fed gelatin

1carrot
1orange
1apple
1 1/2tbspturmericor to taste
1/2tbspgingeror to taste
1/2cupwater
Instructions
Add the juice into a pot and sprinkle the gelatine over the top and let it “bloom” for about 4 minutes then turn on the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the gelatine has completely dissolved.
Pour mixture into silicone moulds and then let set in the fridge for two hours.

*Keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container for a maximum of 5 days.
