Ingredients
1cupdates
1/2cupunsweetened shredded coconut
1/4cupsunflower seedsraw or toasted
1tbsphulled tahini
1/2tspcinnamon
1/4tspsalt
Instructions
Soak dates in water for a few minutes, I like doing this to add a bit of moisture to the mix.
Once softened drain the dates and combine all ingredients in your food processor. Blend until all ingredients are well combined and a dough-like texture forms.
Scoop out rounded 1 Tbsp amounts and roll into balls, allow to chill in fridge for up to 15min or can be eaten right away.
Notes
You can keep these in the freezer for up to a month or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
