  • Watercress
  • Kale

Pick Your Base! (1 cup)

Choose 1 option below

  • Quinoa
  • Bulgur

Seeds! ( 1-2tsp)

Choose 1 or 3 options below

  • White sesame seeds
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Sunflower seeds

Eggs Your Way

  • Fried egg
  • Scrambled egg
  • Poached egg
  • Hard Boiled egg

Toppings

Choose whatever you like!

  • Broccoli sprouts
  • Avocado
  • Goats feta cheese

Finish it off with

  • Extra virgin olive oil drizzle, don't be shy!
  • Flaked salt

Instructions

  • Simply layer all the ingredients onto a plate and voila! I like to chop it up so all the ingredients blend.
