Quail Egg and Berry Smoothie
Boost your smoothie game with the nutrition of quail eggs!
Equipment
- 1 high speed blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw milk
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries organic
- 3 quail eggs
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- 1/2 inch fresh turmeric
- 2 tsp flaxseeds
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp raw honey
Instructions
- Crack open the quail eggs into a blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
