Homemade Vegetable Bouillon
Equipment
- 1 high speed blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp celtic sea salt
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp celery seeds
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 dried bay leaf
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a small blender and blitz until a powder like consistency is reached.
- Store in a clean jar or sealed container in your pantry.
Notes
- To replace vegetable broth in any recipe, combine 1 teaspoon with 1 cup of hot water for every cup called for.
- For this recipe I used all organic herbs.
